The article above contained an error, saying that an APP spokesman said that "some mosques are okay", which was a misquoting by the journalist (it happens sometimes). The scanned article has the error removed, obviously so as to not perpetuate the mistake, but the error is mentioned here so as to provide full information.

To: Hobsons Bay Leader, editor Rick Edwards

Subject: Misquote in your paper's interview with APP

Dear Mr. Edwards,

My attention has been drawn to the article in your newspaper ('Bigots' hit mosque bid, 16 Sept. 2008, p.11) which includes a substantial error of misquoting re. my interview with your reporter.

In the original interview I told your reporter that there is a significant proportion of Muslims who are extremists and fundamentalists, but obviously not all are, and that "some Muslims are okay" (i.e. not all are terrorists, extremists, etc.), but I did definitely not say that "some mosques are okay" (which wouldn't make sense).

Mosques in Australia are "not okay" as they are used as a bridgehead for Muslim immigration into Australia and are a symptom of the Liberal and Labor parties' practice of bringing in mass immigration from the Third World. The Australian Protectionist Party opposes the demographic genocide of the Australian People and the destruction of our national identity and culture via Third World immigration and Multiculturalism.

Under political Multiculturalism, all Third World ethnic groups are offered "group rights", but the Australian People don't have any "group rights", instead we are facing destruction. We simply seek the right for our nation, for our people, to exist.

Sincerely,

Andrew Guild
Australian Protectionist Party
