What is the Protectionist Party?
The Australian Protectionist Party is a new party for Australians. Our aim is to protect Australia and Australians from mass immigration, globalisation, multi-national big business, and bad government.
Protectionist History
The Protectionist Party has strong historical roots in Australian political history. Our first two Prime Ministers, Sir Edmund Barton and Sir Alfred Deakin, were Protectionists. Our first federal government was a Protectionist government. Many of our most important institutions were put into place by the Protectionists such as the High Court of Australia and the Court of Arbitration.
The Protectionist government also put into law the 1901 Immigration Restriction Act which served Australia well until it was dismantled by the Whitlam and Fraser government multiculturalists in the early 1970s, thus paving the way for the Asianisation of Australia.

The core philosophy of the Protectionist party is social protectionism, not just in a moderate and sensible economic sense, but in a holistic social sense that seeks to protect our Australian society, culture, heritage, and - most importantly - the Australian identity.
Our primary policies are to:
